Durability: LEDs, being solid state components, are unlike incandescent and fluorescent bulbs as they contain no tubes or filaments; they are much less prone to damage from external shock.

Long Life: Electronic components in LED light fixtures average 50,000 hours of life, much longer than traditional light sources. Long life means far lower maintenance and replacement costs when comparing LED lights to traditional light sources.

Environmental: LED lights contain no mercury or chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), last longer and produce less waste, and are made from fully recyclable materials. Even aluminum fixtures and housings can be made of post-industrial recycled material.

Productivity: Recent studies have shown significant gains in productivity after traditional light sources have been replaced with LED technology.
